Yup. Never underestimate the strength of going with a team full of players who you know...

if you know their strengths, weaknesses and tendencies then you can ask them to do what they are good at, and avoid putting them in a situation they are not comfortable with. Also helps to make a team who can cover each other's weaknesses too.

More important to have that than the 11 absolutely best footballers on the field in my opinion.
