I thought refs were actually more lenient towards tackling in the Champs league this year

of course that's UEFA rather FIFA but still...

Seemed to me they'd finally realised that pulling up every bit of physical contact actually ruins the flow of a game.
I'm fine with them stamping out sliding tackles from behind though.
