I think Austen struggles when up against decent defenders

He's quite a static player - watched him closely when we played at the County Ground and he was lost when the ball didn't come to him in the box - he doesn't work in the same way as say Martin or even worry them like Oli. Thought he looked better off the ball in the play off semis, but I don't think he'll be great a level up - perhaps another season at League 1, and because they do play differently I'm not sure that he is better than Oli or QD.
