well if nothing else it suggests some goodwill between the teams

I would imagine that in the case of a loan there is less bidding and counter bidding than in a permanent signing, so I hope a lot will come down to what the man himself wants, if he is available. I think the issue to now seems to have been whether Newcastle would let him go out again; if this is the case then I really do hope that we'll be first choice.
