I suppose it now all depends who can offer the Libs the biggest concessions. Surely the tories wouldn't go so far as to agree to a real electoral reform that would hurt their power base. After all, if Labour and Conservatives agree on anything, it's that the Lib dems mustn't be allowed to gain more seats
