and he told me that he was only able to get hold of one 'bottle' of Petrus 09 for around ?300 en primeur. He said if it got 9?--100 with Parker he wouldl be able to sell 'it' for ?1000.

you can buy the 1st growths if you know a good negociant. Dont know much about other regions at all.
