My current hope is really along those lines

that the next few months will show Cameron as smug and ineffectual, Labour can regroup and have an elected leader, and wehn the inevitable follow-up election comes, there is a swift turn away. Despite what the party line was last night, I can't see the voting as amassive endorsement of the Tories.

Anyway my brain is totally fuddled, and I really must sleep so I can do some work later.
