Brillo pads. Is simplified but I like that. FM was getting way too complex. Only downsides

are that the interface is a little clunky in some respects (not easy to drag and drop positions onto players) but in general is fine. One crap thing is that in game you can't change a player's position which is annoying. I am hoping they will fix those two things and then it would be great !
