International Teams wearing stars on their shirts to indicate # of world cup wins

Being an ex military chap I find this whole trend rather irksome. Fair do's if the player in question has actually been in the team that won the world cup but it's a bit cheeky claiming glory for something that you never tokk part in. What what. Carry on.
