But Good Enough For England?

He's looked good when played up front for the England team-or is that because he is surrounded by quality team mates?

I don't get how he can be deemed not good enough when he hasn't had a run in the team in his favoured position-and, two seasons ago, when he was pushed out wide right, he still scored some goals?

What has he got to do?

I agree with other posters on here, if Worthy doesn't give him a start on Saturday, then he's gone as far as I'm concerned-its a tinker, a play out of position, an exiled player too far. I suspect he won't and that McVeigh will play, but wasn't he the one Worthy wanted out? And Hendo the one he wants to stay?

Hendo and McVeigh, else Hendo and Ashton. And if Doherty starts up front, then God help us all...
