Commercial marmalade is mostly filth and the only decent marmalade is home made

Mrs Git's is tremendous, almost as good as Granny Git's

If you possess neither a wife nor a mother who makes maramlade and then (a) your life has taken a seriously wrong turn somwhere, sort yourself out and (b) the only marmalade worth buying is from Wilkin & Sons. I favour the "Crystal" marmalade if I ever have to buy a jar.
