As you know...

...moved recently, cashed my chips in from the Docklands and bought an end terrace in God's Own City and very central too...what people don't realise when they visit is the plot of land - secret garden - which came with it..stretching the width of my house (which ain't small!) and the four next door - completely un-overlooked.

Combine that with the fact that I don't need to work (much)...done deal at ?224,000!!!

Decent price for two bedrooms in Highgate mind...
