They've signed a whole load of Conference standard players over the last year or so; Joe Francis, Greg Crane, Adam Smith and others (mostly former King's Lynn) who have higher-level experience, but Flem seems to have made their preparations meticulous for a team of that level and I don't doubt he has higher ambitions.
