well there's always plenty of jobs for english speakers out here

the new government has been talking about shipping in loads of native English teachers to improve English standards, which are admittedly very poor compared to most places in LatAm.
If you can get into a teaching gig at a decent private school, they pay pretty good wages (upward of 1500 quid net a month)
