I agree lets get behind the team, but to get behind worthy all you are doing is advocating his performance, you are saying you are happy with the way he is managing the team, if the board see this they won't get rid of him.

If he goes at chrimbo i fear it will be too late and we are looking at anopther 9 years in this division. The best chance of bouncing straight back is at the first attempt.

he got us in the prem but this season has taken us back to where we were 2-3 yeras ago.
