turn off your iphone, plug it via usb into your laptop....
power up and it should sync automatically then you can move i tunes files, pics, contacts etc no problem.
Only downside is you'll have to lug around your laptop under your arm for the rest of eternity as if you then unplug the usb your iphone will explode and your head will fall off.
