Face it - we f**ked up. Stop blaming everyone else, understand what happened, and move on.

First goal - ref didn't spot it, but it was a definite handball, so a penalty.
Second goal - bad back pass by Doh, and the guy who was minding Thomas-Moore's business was asleep as well.
Third goal - handball, but why would you stop defending - in your own penalty area - before the whistle blew?
Lambo's sending off - he was encroaching on the pitch.

Poor refereeing, but on our part it all looked like the complacency we'd been told wasn't going to happen. Hopefully this is the snowball down the back of the neck.
