Relegated managers interviews
Video interviews of the three relegated managers are available on BBC sport website.
Worthie by far the most positive. `arry was not willing to commit himself to the club next season - not surprising bearing in mind that they are heavily in debt and are bound to lose their best players to balance the books.
Dowie was dowdy - clearly had next season on his mind without Johnson and Routledge. Probably cursing Pearce for getting the managers job at Man City.
Worthie reinforced that the club were financially sound and were looking only to strengthen the squad.
For me if we can keep Ashton then its all systems go for promotion next season. If Ashton stays then it confirms his commitment which in itself will attract good players to the club and will confirm`s the club`s financial stability.
