Another itunes question

I've set up my music library on two different computers, but only have the playlists, ratings etc in one library. How can I copy these over?

I read this link but y itunes music folder doesn't contain any playlists, but only the cds that I've uploaded. Where might this info be stored and how can I apply them to the new library?
