i'd say his ratio is excellent

edworthy, drury, helveg, francis, safri, hucks, mackenzie, ashton, svensson and charlton were all excellent signings.

And crouch, harper, bentley, hucks and that guy who's at leeds now were all pretty good loan signings.

big flops:
doherty, stuart, jonson (?)..... can't think of many more, and doherty and jonson still might come good.
