But Neil Doncaster's article in the EDP implies we can. The last paragraph states
"Norwich City's ambition is as strong as ever - for the long-term as well as now. Nigel Worthington has money to further strengthen his squad should he wish. And the loan system in the Football League makes this easier to achieve. But more on this in my column next week"
Perhaps I'm just being dim and haven't worked it out yet, and ND has. Thats why's he's in charge of our Cub.
