Did you ever get all that translation stuff sorted?
A friend of mine would be able to do it i expect. He teaches English in Madrid at a high level and in different specialties - Medics, Unions, Bank of Spain, Royal Family, top business people. He's lived there ~ 25 years. His English is tops too!
PS Glad you all ok in earthquake. As you say, the poor probably rather less so!
