trouble is that when smoking while getting pissed is the problem

you don't tend to have such coherent internal discourse. It's more like,
"you really shouldnt smoke that, you know you'll feel s**ttier in the morning and regret it"
"f-f-f-f**k off, I'm only g-g-gonna have one yer daft basted"
