Totally agree...

I'll repost what I wrote on an earlier thread, I talked to him shortly after the Francis deal went through and he told me about Pompey's only official bit and confirmed that it was Linvoy Primus that was the exhange part of the deal, he said that Primus was not interested in joining us and even if he had been his wages would have made him "by some margain" the best paid player in the clubs history. Also worth noting that the club valued him at a lot less than ?500k and as such the total deal would have been worth about ?1-1.1m to us instead of the ?1.5m-?2m the Wigan deal could earn us!

Also got the feeling that Primus had used Norwich last summer to get himself a better deal at Pompey, with no intention of ever joining us and that as such a ?750k plus Primus deal for Francis may not have been worth the paper it was written on.
