lambert seems to come from the "classic managers college".....

in that he only ever talks about HIS club/team, not speculate on others, and that he plays down any lambasting of his own players to the media - but I can imagine he issues good old rollockings behind closed doors! Any way, he has earnt the respect of the players whilst bringing in some good discipline to the club - which is having a positive effect.
