I don't know why this is a big surprise. There's nnot a lot of games featured from this division. The w/e of Norwich v Leeds is the we of the JPT final and that's being televised already. And Leeds v Norwich has already been televised this season.
So they're sprinkling a couple of Leeds games, one Norwich game etc and that's probably the quota dealt with. I think Norwich deserved an equal number of games cf Leeds but let's face it, televised games have never brought out the best in us.

My only counter to this is that Charlton have been televised twice in recent weeks, but presumably this was planned when they were the form side.
