Not that bothered about older players

As most of them aren't worth anything and can be easily replaced. The likes of Helveg, Jonson, Holt, Eddy, Flem, Sven can all go and be replaced quite easily. Top quality young players are rare. Time for Henderson, Jarvis and Crow to step forward?
