Derby away for the cup
was also good. but after the "Norwich Special" left (I was waiting for the London train) we were invaded by derby fans, and the cap cans had to look after themselves.
A couple of years before, (I was at Norwich tech at the time) I travelled to Derby (my first ever away game) for a league game that was on match of the day. The 3 or 4 Norwich coaches arrived at the car park (god forsaken waste land) and we refused to move until the Wisbeech mob arrived.
They duly arrived mainly unconcious.
We massed around the MOTD cameras and sung our hearts out. At the end of the game 1 (yes 1) copper held us all back.
Is Fozzie still about?
