Just back from the game . . .

We didn't really deserve to win today, and it wasn't totally unexpected as we haven't played that well since Holt's suspension.
Doc was good. Millwall were powerful and quite physical, knocked our small midfield around a bit today.
Caught napping for their second goal from a quickly taken corner.
Ref was crap, a real homer.
HT relay race was good fun.
Still cannot stand that club: they are unbelievable time wasters. When they went ahead early in the second half, suddenly the ball boys stopped getting the ball back, and the crowd deliberately held on to the ball for as long as they could before throwing it as far away from the waiting players as possible.
We do need to think of a strategy for playing without Holt as nothing has really worked so far. Playing Doc up front was not a good idea as we then resorted to the hoof. That isn't how we have been playing this year.
Still we have been on an incredible run which had to come to an end and Leeds and Charlton both only got draws.
Time to start another run next week.
