This situation should probably be looked at through the similar one of Bolton/Coyle?

I.e. from my understanding its exactly the same situation ("Hi Football Club, we want to offer your manager a job as our manager") but Burnley were able to agree compensation quickly (allegedly a clause requiring x-amount?).

That Col Who statement is fairly damning evidence? Looks like Cowling only has his word that we broke "Rule 20" which I would assume to be the "inducement to break contract" thing?

I think Col Who are screwed, but with football being dead I would like to bet in our favour.
