Just got back from the game.....

.....What a result!

First up jobsworth stewards why they couldn't just open that gate and let people sit with their friends and family was beyond me, I would happily have gone into the side stand (where there was plenty of seats) to be with my brother and friend but they said no.

Comedy moment of the night came at half time when Swindon score was announced as 0-0 to chants of "You don't know what you're doing" tannoy response, "it's what the computer says".

The result is more importnat than the performance. We didn't play very welll particularly in the first half, we lacked leadership if nothing else, the midfield (rusty in particukar) needed a rocket and didn't get it until half time.

That said we can only beat the team in front of us and on a crap pitch we ground it out very professionally.

Forster is a very good goalkeeper but his kicking will prevent him from becoming a great one.

Lots of nodge fans thre I don't think there was 5,000 in the ground, id anything I'd say we outnumbered them!

There was an odd moment after the game when about a dozen Walsall yoofs came round looking for trouble singing stuff like "you're not famous anymore" response "you'll never play us again" was most amusing they were hounded off by the rozzers.

All in all a very enjoyable night
