ref must have seen something malicious. Think Holt was a bit frustrated - he was hardly getting a touch and was getting pulled up for fouls everytime he went up for a ball. And moments before he was SO he was clearly fouled again - but the muppet of a 'ref' seemed to play some bizarre advantage, unbeknown to Holt who obviously took his frustration out in the next tackle.
I think he probably needs a rest anyway - Oli and SuperChris and Holi up front will be a test for any defence.
