Sorry, another question re: Millwall. Getting away after the game

the ground to Liverpool St (South Bermondsey, London Bridge). How long should one allow to get this far.? I have seen talk of 30mins hold-up after the game has finished.

Trying to snaffle an Advance ticket back to Narwich...
