Dunt work. If you're trying to say 'x' place is a sh@t hole, like in the sentence

'Fuck me, Ipswich is a right old sh@t hole.' That works.

But you can't say a football club (as an entity) is a sh@t hole. It's like saying 'The BBC is a sh@t hole.' Doesn't work.

If you are referring to a football club's ground you can say it like that. Consider the sentence 'Ipswich Town Football Club's ground is a right sh@t hole.' That works.

But 'Ipswich Town Football Club is a sh@t hole.' Doesn't. Not really. Although you could say 'I wouldn't wipe my sh@t hole on an Ipswich Town Football Club shirt.'
