Betfair question

I won a bet this evening using my free ?25.00 intrductory offer. My balance stated ?57.77 but i was only able to withdraw ?25.00 which leaves me with a balance of ?32.77. Can the difference of ?7.77 not be withdrawn and is it only the ?25 that you get back?

Got another free bet pending with Ath Madrid, Cameroon and Valencia. Cameroon and Ath Madrid won and Valencia are 2-0 up. I got odds of 4/1 with a free ?25 bet. Should i win, will i only be able to withdraw the ?25 same as above?
