I don't eat out in Norwich much but my last most memorable three were

The Thai on Upper St Giles (opposite Adlard's), Loch Fyne, and the small Tapas place on Magdalene St (tumbly's birthday so good and bad memories of that one).

I mostly go to country pubs. The White Horse, Brancaster Stathe. The White Horse, Overstrand and The Wildebeest - on a sort of rotation basis. All three are excellent.
