Chase left us with a large debt; a s**t squad, demoralised fans and one side of the ground requiring replacement.
A 9 million quid stand costs 9 million quid, even if you can sell a bit of land behind it.
If NCFC had not bought Ashton, and our debt was now 'only' 14 million, would we be any happier?
