Slow in what way?

Its generally recieved that sam is one of the quickest heavyweights for hand speed... His left lead is very good, well above average and his combinations are good, he is getting more poweful, BUT He needs to be lighter on his feet and move smoother! if thats what you mean by speed? He says this himself.. This is what he is focusing on right now.. When we was recovering from our christmas dinners on boxing day sam was out doing a ten and a half mile run with jon thaxton and gary briggs. He'll be in the shape of his life for that fight.. I gaurantee you that!
