They're probably generating addresses at random

If you reply in any way it'll confirm that your address is valid - it can then be sold on as a valid address and your inbox will rapidly fill up with all sorts of spam ...

You can go to whois.net to find out who toussaint.com is registered with, although that might not be too revealing.

Your email app should allow you to expand the headers so that you can trace where the email has really come from, which may or may not be helpful.

But given the odd senders email address, I'd say it's a scam and you should just delete it & add it to any spam filters you may have set up.

I think the UK police have somewhere to report scams to as well if you can be bothered.
