Hare goooo, that weren't fish pie tho, fish stew et unt.

Pack of fish pie mix from super market (cubed fish salmon, smoked haddock and pollack usually)
Pack of seafood mix (prawns, mussells, squid rings)
Tin chopped toms.
Tablespoon tom puree
one leek
one onion
one stick celery
two cloves garlic
one bay leaf
salt pepper
paprika
300ml fish stock
150ml white wine
Chopped fresh basil.

Finely chop the onion and the leek and fry at a low heat covered until soft (bout 5 mins)
Add Chopped celery & garlic and fry for bout 2 more mins.
Add stock, wine tinned toms, tom puree, bay leaf, teaspoon paprika, salt, pepper and simmer for 30 mins.

Add fish chunks for 3 - 5 mins and then add seafood mix for 1 - 2 mins (depending on how well done you like it).

Serve garnished with chopped basil alongside crusty bread.

I have also ben adding a chopped up pomodoro pepper (pickled from a jar) for a bit more heat.
