mental in luton last night.........

managed to travel down to the hotel for the xams do for 4pm and it was already snowing hard and settling.... the xmas do planned in a country pub was called off as no one could get there so the 5 of us stuck in a hotel attempted to drive 3 miles to dunstable to go for a curry - - f**king wars!!! took 2 hpours to get 1 mile!!!! lorries crashing all over the place blocking roads, so we ditched the car and carried on on foot. Took another hour of walking to get to an indian restuarent - had gorgeous prawn vindaloo and keema nan - then at midnight walked back to find the car covered ina foot of snow! took another hour to get back to the hotel, went to bed - f**king fire alarm went off at 3am and we had to evacuate the hotel!!!

back to bed at 4am, up at 7 - where we were blocked in the hotel car park from s**tty rear wheel drive beemers that couldnt move more than 1m without sliding everyhwere!

at 8.30 the meeting we had plkanned was called off and we attempted to make it home.... just got in!

this f**king country! bit of snow and it comes to a halt!!
