yeah, you know the place

sort of centre of Britain, near a motorway (or 2?) got a fair-sized stadium modern stadium which can easily be upgraded to the 40,000 plus or so seater that is a pre-requisite of a world cup venue

i know it's a 'new' city, but still, even you must've heard of it?
