In Norwich.....

I can talk to people (and lot's of people say it's a talent but they think they have known me forever). I know the benefit system inside out. I TDA'd within 3 months of being there and changed how staff were treated, i.e rota's and hopefully went someway to breaking down the staff vs Management issues that exist in the Civil Service. I worked for Inchcape as a buyer when I failed my degree and loved that job but they moved to Portsmouth and I wouldn't go. I always get asked to TDA because people (at work) respond to me. Not the best person profile but there we are. It will work out in the end.
