At the risk of boring everyone: can you recommend a camera-phone?

My wife's asked for one for christmas. You can probably tell by the way I said "camera-phone" that we've both been using ?10 nokia jobs for years and know diddly-squat about phones, tariffs, all that jazz. I really don't want to have to walk in a phone-shop and have some 17 year old twonk in a suit talk nonsense at me. So a recommendation would be appreciated, on phone, network, and tariff.

Parameters: 200 minutes & 200 texts per month is more than enough; she's not bothered about email/internet etc; she wants the camera to be great (and to be able to get the pictures off it easily); and I'm not sure but secretly I think she wants it to, like, look lush or something.
