it's merely an attempt at vote winning because everyone hates bankers right now. Because of that the real problems with banks and oversight of their trading activities are not being addressed but instead allowed to continue unhindered we'll likely suffer another banking collapse. In fact, I'd say it's a certainty; but I'm not sure how soon. Within 20 years - perhaps 10. Global warming wont matter then...
