but of the team that played against Preston for instance Edworthy, MacKay, Cooper, Holt, Francis, & Svensson have left - only Francis of his own accord. You can probably make a case for each individual that there were reasons why they should go - but the fact remains that the promtion winning side has been broken up - to no great effect. Add in that Helveg and Jonson have come and gone and there has been a hell of a lot of transfer activity - much of which makes no footballing sense, and none of which seems to have any overall strategy behind it. And what the hell is the rationale for attempting to sign Morrison? "You can't have enough strikers" is a flat out stupid justification.
