for us it's a marketing tool

the big money is in licensing the technology - this is a fun demo which gets the idea out there and also proves that the footrpint is teeny and the processing is fast so opens it up to being at point of image capture in future mobile devices. Which you can't typically do with most photo correction technologies.

And it's why something like photoshop on the iphone is abit clunky.
