I once lead the British half of a US/UK development project, and in our conference calls (to one of Dante's outer circles) I had to call a halt to the proceedings when some poor cow had just said something like "We're aiming to ship on six four, which means ideally you guys need to finish your stuff by seven three to give us time to blah blah blah."
USE DATES LIKE PROPER FUCKING HUMANS. IT GOES DAY, MONTH, YEAR, IN THAT ORDER, IN ASCENDING ORDER OF BIGNESS.
