Team spirit. Get that and you're nearly there. Iwan, in his book, says, again and again, how great the team spirit was in the promotion season.
This lot have got it. Play together, win together, fight together-as seen tonight-bet they all go out together and really get on well too. It works, not just in football, but any business-why do companies spend thousands of ??? on away days, they want to (force!) team spirit onto people.
Last years lot would have turned up, played, and buggered off to wherever they came from and with their own mates. We were a job of unwilling work, so different this season, they want it!!!
