Am much more concerned about the manager's liking for making the same mistake more than once, his seeming unwillingness to make tactical changes during a game, his apparent disregard for the role of the midfield in the game. Oh, and the whole freezing out of players he's had a disagreement with. Manage it man, *manage* it, don't just freeze them out. It's petulant. Looks it anyway. DO your job: *manage*.
